Can I only order online?

You can order online or over the phone. You can simply give us a call on 1300 483 179 during office hours (8am-5pm AEST) to place an order or ask any questions about a product you are interested in.

What methods of payment do you offer?

Payment methods include:

  • Electronic Bank Transfer

Credit card or PayPal payments are usually instant and will guarantee quickest dispatch time.

Is your site safe to order from?

We use eWAY and the Commonwealth Bank to guarantee the security of the Ready Pet Go website, while employing the best in SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology, which cannot be hacked.  The GeoTrust SSL Certificate is available to view in the left column of the website.

How much will shipping cost?

Orders over $100 are shipped FREE Australia wide**!!   **Order must not exceed 10kg to be eligible for free shipping

Orders under $100 or over 10kg are charged at a low rate depending on your location and full weight of items ordered.

Shipping can be calculated on each product page underneath the Add to Cart Button.  Simply provide your postcode and enter the quantity of items and your postage will be calculated.  Alternatively, if you have multiple different items to purchase, add them to your cart and click view cart in the top right-hand corner to view postage charges. 


How will you ship my parcel?

Ready Pet Go goods are generally shipped with Australia Post eParcel or Express. Some larger or heavier items are sent with Fastway Couriers.  All consignments are automatically marked as 'Signature Required'. You can choose to remove this requirement and provide authority for the deliverer to leave the parcel somewhere safe on your property, however, Ready Pet Go cannot be held accountable for damaged or missing goods after delivery.

Some small items can now be shipped by light parcel post, this is a cheaper method available for most batteries.  This method may take 5-12 working days to arrive in some areas of Australia and is not registered.  

**ScoopFree 6 Pack and 12 Pack tray orders are shipped with a heavy freight carrier (Direct Freight) due to their size and weight. Please leave delivery instructions with an Authority To Leave the goods somewhere safe on your property, re-delivery fees may apply if no ATL is left.  Shipping costs based on location.  


When will you ship my parcel?

We dispatch all orders placed before 2pm AEST that same day!*  75% of Australia can receive their good overnight if sent via Express Post!  

If you order after 2pm, your order will be sent out on the next business day.



When will I receive my parcel?

75% of Australia can receive most of our items overnight with Express Post.  Postage times vary based on your location and your chosen shipping method. Most of Australia would receive their goods via standard post within 7 business days.  

ScoopFree 6 pack trays and 12 pack trays are shipped via a heavy freight carrier, delivery times can vary between 2-12 business days depending on location. Leave an ATL (Authority to Leave) on your ScoopFree tray order to ensure the item is left at your premises at the earliest possible opportunity.

Do you ship all over Australia?

Ready Pet Go ships Australia-wide. Please contact us if you are based internationally and would like information on products available for overseas customers.  

Can you send my parcel to a PO Box?

Ready Pet Go can ship most items to your PO Box, except ScoopFree trays, which must be delivered to a street address due to the size and weight of the item.


Does Ready Pet Go offer a Money Back Guarantee?

Ready Pet Go offers a 60 Day Money Back Guarantee on all unopened, unused goods - No questions asked!

If your situation changes and you no longer require the product, simply contact us for return instructions. When order has been shipped free, all shipping costs incurred by Ready Pet Go will be deducted from the refund amount. You will also be responsible for any expenses involved with shipping the item back to us. All items must be returned clean and in re-saleable condition. Used or unpackaged items are not covered by our 60 Day Money Back Guarantee. 

You will need to contact us on 1300 483 179 within the 60-day time period and request an RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorisation Number). To be eligible for your refund, your product MUST be returned to our mailing address (19/33-43 Meakin Road Meadowbrook, QLD, 4131) within 14 days of receiving the RMA Number. As soon as we receive the product, we will process your refund.

Please note: All refunds for orders paid using Afterpay or Zip Pay will incur a 5% fee of the total order value.


Do you offer warranties on all of your products?

Warranties are 12 months from purchase unless otherwise stated. This warranty covers manufacturing faults, intrinsic component defects and excludes any fault issues due to tampering, misuse, incorrect maintenance, misadventures or excessive physical force causing damage. Damage from animals chewing the product is not covered.

Ready Pet Go will not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of the products.

If your item requires servicing or replacement, we will direct you to the appropriate service centre to complete the manufacturer's warranty process.

No products are serviced overseas.  

*Warranties are non-transferrable.
