There is a bit of confusion when it comes to the 'correct' way to travel with pets. The legislation differs from State to State but luckily we've already done the work for you! Below is a complete table of each State's laws for travelling with pets!

WA | Penalties ranges from $2000 - $50,000 and 5 years in jail. |

ACT | Maximum penalty for an individual is $3,000. For a corporation it is $15,000. |

NT | Maximum penalty of $23,100 or 18 months in jail. |
