Shipping Delays and COVID-19

Hello all, I would like to take this time to assure everyone that we are still here and operating as usual, including taking your calls and answering emails. So if you need help in any way please do not hesitate in contacting us.

Shipping Update

At this stage nothing has changed, and we are still shipping all orders placed before 2:00pm Monday - Friday. However, Australia Post has advised there may be some delays to their delivery times, especially Express Parcel Post. This means that not everyone who orders with Express Post will receive their parcels next business day.  It will get to you quicker than regular eParcel but may take a little longer. Please understand that this is not in our control and with the current situation in mind we need to cut Australia Post a little slack.

As with everything right now, changes can happen daily.  We will keep you updated as quick as we can of any changes to our operations and shipping arrangements.
