CatGenie Machine Maintenance Cartridge

The CatGenie Machine Maintenance Cartridge effectively removes lime and grime that builds up in hard to reach places. We recommend using the Machine Maintenance every 6-12 weeks to remove potential blockages and keep the unit running efficiently. The Machine Maintenance Cartridge fits into the CatGenie like a regular SaniSolution cartridge and runs a similar cleaning cycle. Each cartridge lasts 4 cleans (average one year use).

Like all appliances, we recommend taking apart the CatGenie and manually cleaning the unit to prevent/remove any blockages. Using the Machine Maintenance Cartridge regularly will ensure that the 6 monthly clean is SUPER easy!

Instructions:

1. Deactivate the CatGenie's Auto Start/Cat Activation Setting
2. Run a regular cycle with the SaniSolution Cartridge to remove waste and to check that your CatGenie works.
3. Remove the SaniSolution Cartridge from the unit
4. Insert the Machine Maintenance Cartridge into the unit
5. Press and Release the Start button. The unit will run until clean; times may vary.
6. When complete, replace the SanSolution Cartridge.
7. Reprogram your CatGenie to Auto Start or Cat Activation
