At Ready Pet Go we take internet security very seriously. We utilise the best in SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology which cannot be breached by hackers. You can view the certificate information by clicking on the padlock icon in your Browser's URL Bar. We also use Stripe as our credit card processor and Commonwealth Bank for our bank transfers.

Orders over $100 with a chargeable weight under 10 kg qualify for FREE Standard Shipping Australia-wide. Chargeable weight is based on whichever is greater: the parcel’s physical or cubic weight. Orders under $100 or with a chargeable weight over 10 kg will have shipping calculated based on the delivery location and total order weight. We may offer additioanl free shipping on certain products or promotions, which will be clearly indicated on the product page.

Items will be dispatched via Australia Post Standard eParcel. Alternatively, you may select Australia Post Express Shipping, which is calculated based on weight and delivery location.

If your order is placed before 2pm AEST on any business day, your order will be dispatched that same day! Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends and Public Holidays are dispatched the next business day. This excludes pre-orders or custom order products.

Delivery timeframes depend on your order time, delivery location, and selected shipping method.

Please note that these timeframes are estimates only. Ready Pet Go is not responsible for delays caused by courier services. While orders are dispatched promptly using the most suitable method, any delays once the parcel has left our warehouse are outside of our control and are not eligible for reimbursement. That said, if an issue arises, we will make every reasonable effort to assist and ensure the best possible outcome for your delivery.

We ship Australia-wide.

If you provide a PO Box or Parcel Locker at checkout, we will make every effort to ship your order via Australia Post. However, in some cases this may not be possible, and we will contact you to obtain a physical delivery address.

At Ready Pet Go, we offer a 60-day Money Back Guarantee on all unused and unopened items.

If you decide not to keep your product or your circumstances change, you may return it within 60 days of purchase. To initiate a return, contact us on 1300 483 179 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. Once issued, the item must be returned to our mailing address within 14 days to be eligible for a refund. Refunds are processed once the returned item is received.
Important Conditions:

• A 5% administration fee (based on the purchase price) applies to all returns.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• If a parcel is returned to sender, a $20 Return to Sender fee will be deducted.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order included free shipping, the actual delivery cost will be deducted from your refund (we will advise you of this cost beforehand).
• Cash on delivery (COD) returns will be refused and sent back at your expense.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Products that have been opened or used are not eligible under this policy.

The administration fee covers transaction charges and handling costs associated with processing and restocking returned items. The couriers still charge us for the initial delivery.

We guarantee to match any Australian competitor's advertised price at the time of purchase (excludes clearance items, members-only offers, auction sites or international imports). This price is inclusive of all postage and handling costs. Differing warranties, guarantees and terms of purchase through competitors are also taken into account when considering price matching.

All products sold by Ready Pet Go are protected by Australian Warranties to cover manufacturing faults and are covered for 12 months unless otherwise stated. Items confirmed faulty will be either replaced or repaired. In no event shall Ready Pet Go be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of this Product.
